"Jelly Park" inspiration and a special birthday card

There is a cute  challenge blog called "Jelly park" .  The inspiration is a wonderful photo that actually caught my eye on another blog.  I decided to grab the freebie Jelly park offered and make a Christmas card.
This cute snowman was hard to resist esp for free! :)  I used some bg scraps and bg eskimo kisses pad.  I colored the snowman and popped him up on another copy for the card.  I also would like to enter this in the Fussy and Fancy chllge #42 for Christmas creations  and Creative Belli challenge = "Christmas in July".
Next = OUR FAMILY  have a very special occasion coming up this Tues...my FIL is turning 95!  He has always told us that he simply HAS to live longer then HIS father who passed when he was 95 so this is a "biggie" for him! :) I might also mention the doctors KEEP telling us that my FIL is dieing every other month....hmmmm....someone better tell the docs:  GOD ONLY KNOWS  when he is gonna go!   So- this is a card made with a picture of my FIL's FATHER....when he was 95......

AND the snarky sentiment is a family joke that my hub insisted on using! lol

Oh,..wanted to tell you all that I made the easel card so he can set it up on his table in his room for visitors to see!  TFL!

Your card for him is amazing!!!

The card for your FIL is so special - and being from a pretty close family I can relate to the remark. (It's a family thing). Congratulations to him and all of you for him living this long and for your family to have him around. I hope they have written down some of the sayings and the zany stories he can tell. Hope you all have a wonderful celebration.
