Happy Mother's day and Forsythias!

I am excited to tell that Tiffany over at the Tiffany doodles blog has made me a "spotlight" designer!  One of her gorgeous new flower images "forsythia vase" is being released today and I got to make a beautiful card with it!
I colored the image with copics after looking at the ones in my yard! :)  Dp is BG and I did a little sewing and distressing.  Great for Mother's day!  If you havent noticed Tiffany has a bunch of NEW flowers at her store and they are just in time for Spring and Summer...take a look!  Next is a REAL honest to goodness Mother for Mother's day!  lol  Another adorable image from Eat Cake graphics.  This is so realistic and darn....I just LOVE these images over there!  lol  This image is called "A Day in the Life of Mom"...   appropriate!

I used my new BG "lauderdale" dp pad...real Spring and Summer like papers!  The sentiment is computer generated but I think the PICTURE says it all!  lol   Thanks for looking and heres to wishing all moms a very HAPPY Mother's day.....I celebrated tonite with my daughters because I am getting on a plane tomoro to celebrate with my two sons on Sunday!  yay!  I am one Blessed mom thats for sure! TFL!  :)

Oooo, I love both those cards. I miss Forsythias - they used to grow all over town where I grew up. My sister couldn't say Forsythias, so for us they've always been forth-e-thias. And you know I love that Eat Cake Grahics card. I didn't think to use that for Mother's day, it's perfect!

You choose the best colour schemes, love both of these and your delicate shadow box card.
I am constantly amazed at all the imaginative dimensional cards that keep being invented!

I miss forsythia. had lots of them around the house in NJ but I must admit I love the palm trees here so it's a good trade.
