Vicki Chrisman's blog and I asked her to send me some of these die cuts figuring it would make this book come together easy. :) She sends so many gorgeous papers and I think she is still offering them. Above on the left is my grandma and to the right is my mom and her dad. A little vintage mixed with shabby.
Oh and notice the little top flap of an old sewing pattern...that was a suprize in the envelope with the die cuts...
Her 8th grade graduation...I even made one of Vickis' flowers with a book page :)
All this trying to use what I had handy with odds and ends. TFL!
wow this is just fabulous!! Hugs Juls

Jane - this is so awesome! I'd forgotten we were both the same age when our mothers passed away. Fabulous creating GF! love, love, LOVE how you stitched the photos down! Then the papers and everything...she is going to LOVE it too! Photos to treasure for sure!
Oh Jane.... so cool!! Love what you did with the die cuts! What an awesome project. Hope it's okay if I link over here so people can see what you can do with them. Beautiful work!
What a wonderful special gift to give your sister. Such a sad thing to have your mother die at such a young age. My mother passes away four years ago and I still miss her very much.
Your sister will treasure your creation.
