InStyle Stamps....."Jane"

Okay- just a quick post today. This is an image I have had for a pretty long time- FINALLY made a card. This is "Jane"....lolololol I love these retro images at InStyle stamps...they just crack me up! Do I look like her??? Maybe!! It is how I feel tho- since my dds still have me doing their laundry quite often!! (29 & 30) I colored this a while back, therefore I dont know all the copics I used. Several! Anyone out there old enough to remember a "ringer washer" ??... (wringer??) I do. :( DP is from that cute pad called The Mod Retro stack by DCWV at JoAnns'. Hope this gave you a little chuckle today! TFL!

I love this card! Yes, I do remember wringer washers and hanging clothes on the line even in the dead of winter! The clothes always smelled so fresh in the summer breeze though. I have tried to tell my grandkids about helping my Mom do laundry like this but they look at me like I have two heads! It is wonderful memories now - but not so much fun then.

I had a neighbor that had a wringer washer. We we lucky enough to have a "modern" machine in our house but mom used a clothes line and ironed. I hardly ever see clothesline and I rather poke a sharp stick in my eye than iron.
