New challenge from the Phindy's Place challenge blog- make a "girly" card. Well...some may say this is NOT " girly"...but I say "yes it is" - ha ha! Dont you wonder who is sending that sweet smelling love letter ? Somebody is gonna love it! Yes indeed folks...this is "love letter"! I have been busier then heck these past few days so I kinda had to color him up quick for this challenge. Hope I did him justice cuz he is just tooooo sweet. Dp was DCWV Summer dream matstack and OFCOURSE I used some MS border punches! :) A quick note: Starting with our next challenge, the winner each week will be chosen by Random.org and will receive an $8.00 gift cert to Phindy's store. S2G Thurs challenge with a twist...Pink

The challenge this week for Shirley's 2 Girls is to use the color Pink on your card. Since we are thinking babies and brides this month- I colored up this sweet image called "Mother knows Best". She is sitting on some very old dp I had that I LOVE...not sure but I think it is from Provo Craft. I also got to use a my new MS punch- Optic Dot and I sure like it alot. I did a little scoring on the dp and punched out the little tab. Funny cuz this image makes me think of me pregnant with my first born. I read every thing I could...made all his baby food and read to him ALL the time...yes..everything for this boy was only theeee best...ha ha! " Earth mother"...that was me...well..things kinda changed with the 4th kid! We wont "go there"...but he is a good kid..I will leave it there.... :) Get over to the challenge blog and check out the cute cards by the dt- maybe it is time for you to win some candy! tfl!

"9th Hole"

Looking for a Father's day image? Here is one for a golf nut in your family! It's called "9th Hole" and it's at Shirley's 2 Girls! Since my oldest is a PGA golf professional ...- I was happy to color this up! :) Dp is BG Origins and I used the cb on the black panel and my EK border punch. I just added a few white dots with my white sharpie poster paint pen and the image is colored with copics and cut out. This is ONLY ONE of the cute digi images available for Father's day- all very cool! TFL - enjoy your weekend!

yep- this chick is called "connected girl" from Phindy's Place! I had to make a birthday card for my sweet little niece "Kelly" who has just turned 14! I knew this image would be perfect!! The new challenge over at Phindy's Blog is to make a birthday card using a Phindy image! Good luck cuz there is always some sweet candy for the winner! Card Recipe: Copics, dp is from Cosmo Cricket, Joy Ride - the little letter tags were on a reduced table from MS and the sentiment is computer generated. TFL! LOVE Fridays!! :)

Time for "Babies and Brides"

Happy Thursday and it's time for a NEW challenge at Shirley's 2 Girls challenge blog. This month it's all about Babies and Brides so make sure you keep "tuned in" to see all the cute babies and (shhhh) the new "Bride" images! The challenge is to make a "blue card" and link it over at the blog for a chance to win some free digis! Here is my baby called " I'm Here!"and you can find it HERE! :) I used several blue dp from the Summer Dream stack- DCWV. I colored my baby with copics, cut him out and popped him up on some blue SU paper. There is a tiny safety (diaper) pin on the ribbon. Check out the other cute cards and TFL!

Spring Bunnies!

Hi there- hope u all enjoyed a great holiday weekend! It is June 1st!! Time for another Copic Creations challenge! This time for fun we are coloring "animals"! Any kind will do- and we have a GREAT sponsor for it! HAMBO STAMPS!
