Hi there! WHEW...Some important news and ofcourse a very cute and funny post for Shirley's 2 Girls! First I want to tell you all thanks for all the GREAT wishes for our ONE year anniversary over at Copic Creations blog! I had my ds pick a name randomly from my blog to win my candy- which is a stamp set from OUR CRAFT LOUNGE (valued at 19.99) called "Snail Mail". The winner is "Beadz"!! Oh, and the little hedgehog is done with C1,2 and 3 , E00 and E93.

This cute doggie- is from Shirley's 2 Girls and his name is "Domino"- the image is called "Foolin Around". Anyone that knows me -knows I LOVE LOVE LOVE DOGS! I was cracking up when I saw that the "girls" at S2G made a group of these cute little hats to go on the dogs! When u purchase this image you get the hats, (several)the dog AND SENTIMENTS TOO! !!Check out the challenge blog and play along with the dt and the "twist" is "anything goes!" WOOO HOOO! Play a joke! Weds. Copic Colour challenge- #58

Here's my card for the new Copic Colour challenge- #58- I didnt have all the colors listed to use- so I used what I thought would be closest! I gotta tell you that this particular challenge was REALLY a challenge for me! ha ha! For some reason I just could not see myself using these 3 colors together! I think it came out pretty cute tho! BUT- THATS just the beauty of Copic Colour challenge blog..you can do that for the challenges! I used this cute image from InStyle stamps called "Lindsay". I actually bought this a long time ago and decided to make a set of cards for my hairdresser to use! Well..that was a LONG time ago and I am just getting to that now! I used some of my fav BG June bug dp and some BG buttons. Be sure to check out all the cute cards by the rest of the dt on the CCC blog- and once again- check out the winner's candy!

Gothic Arches.."this old photo "..challenge..

Here is my arch for the challenge over at Gothic Arches. My dp is from 7 gypsies and this little candle stamp was one I picked up when on vacation one year in New Mexico -by "Our Lady of Rubber". I dont get to do these arches too often but I sure LOVE them all. I really like to sit here with my tea and browse thru the list on the blog when I can! thanks for looking and have a great weekend! :)

Check out the "Twisted Thursday " challenge at Shirley's 2 Girls challenge blog! The challenge is to use buttons on a card! Easy as can be! Then check out this link for your reference on stamping with digi stamps! Good Info for ya! This is my card for the challenge using the digi image called "Hippity Hoppity". My dp is this cute Mini Deck called "garden variety " by Cosmo Cricket and I used a few Copics to color! tfl!

Well- Here is my card for the new Copic Colour Challenge- the colors are G99, BV08, and E59. My image is called "Rainy Day Friend" from Phindy's place . I colored my image and mounted it on an olive panel then on some kraft cs. I punched my flower with my Fiskars punch (put thru a swiss dot cb first). I used several MS border punches too. Copics used: G99, 94, 82 and 40- BV08, 04, 02, 00- E59, 43, 31, 57- YR24 and 26, C3 and C1. CHECK OUT what the other dt members did and see what the "candy" is this week ! My next card is for SEVERAL challenges. I am not one for entering too many challenges at once but here goes!!:

I colored him with Copics ofcourse and used my SB die along with a bit of sewing around the border. DP is BG sugar rush. This Bunny card is for :

Sketch Saturday challenge

Here is my card for the Sketch Saturday Challenge..first time to play in this challenge. This cute bunny is called "bunny hop" and is from Shirley's 2 Girls. DP is from BG and I used my MS border punches. This bunny was so simple..just used C1 copic pen and outlined with a little C3. He was then cut out and popped up over another C1 outlined bunny! Then I put a little pink around the ears. tfl! Have a good week! :)

A thank-you card for a Hospital stay...

My girlfriend had just been it the hospital unexpectedly- she had a small cut on her thumb and while she was bowling she noticed it was really hurting and swelling and there was a line going up her arm. Long story short- she had a very bad infection and it could have really gotten life threatening! She's still recovering now...but it is taking some time..She asked me to make her a card for the staff at the hospital. This is what I came up with . "Riley" is ALWAYS good to have around! DP is Nook and Pantry by BG and I colored Riley with copics. His blanket and pillow are paper pieced. The nurse's names are printed on white glossy cs to kinda look like the board in the hosp rooms that the on duty nurses sign in on- and the inside sentiment I saw somewhere...wish I knew where now- not exactly the same cuz I couldnt remember the whole thing. TFL! Happy Saturday! We have some GORGEOUS WEATHER here in Ohio- Hope you do too! :)

Thursday- Shirley's 2 Girls Challenge Blog- Easter image - Use Pastels :)

Here is a quick little "cutie" I got from Shirley's 2 Girls! His/her name is called "Bunny eggroll"- he he he! For Pastels I used my Copics- BV colors and BG- YR and Y, Goo and G2 - blends- etc. I grabbed some scrap lime green paper I have had hangin around here- I think it was Recycle K & Co. pad- Ric Rac ribbon from lcs and I punched the flower with a Fiskars punch. This didnt take too long at all and it's a GREAT image to make Easter cards with! Take a look at the cute easy-peasy Easter images to use over at Shirley's 2 Girls and remember they are DIGITAL so you can get them right away!! Then enter your card using "pastels" somewhere on it over at the challenge blog to try to win some candy from the "girls"! TFL! YAY! LOVE THURSDAYS! :)

Okay- GOTTA LOVE THE SENTIMENT THAT COMES WITH THIS!! ha ha ha! It says "Someone's head is going to roll for this"- I WILL be making a card with THIS soon! This is an image I got from Shirley's 2 Girls called " Sheep and Friend "- I did not have BG96 so I used BG93 AND BG99- The dp is again from the BG new pad "Green at Heart" and this image is popped up 2wice. Presenting the "March Hare"...AND the "Sweet Sunday" sketch challenge

Also- When you are over at the S2G store you will find some cute Easter images- Here is my entry for the "Sweet Sunday" sketch challenge using the digi "flower hat". This digi has 2 sentiments that come with it and it is only $2.50! I used my new BG " green at heart" dp and colored her hat with Copics. I did a little stitching with my machine and just adhered a bow. OKAY- I chose this sentiment because I happen to adore Mary's blog alot! "My Cardz- My Passion- My Therapy ". For fun- I call her "Mary Mary"....so this card is for you Mary G.!! he he he he! :) I really think YOU need a hat like this one!

Quick Post: S2G- more from "Alice" and MOJO128 - an Easter card

Happy Friday! LOVE Fridays! Here is a quick Easter card I made (mojo128challenge) with a cute bunny over at Shirley's 2 Girls. It's called "bunny Eggstravganza". I colored it with copics and used a few MS punches. I just wanted to tell ya'll to take a hop over to Jana and Carlie's blogs to see what they have done with the "White Rabbit"! These new images are so darn cute! tfl and have a WONDERFUL weekend! :)

Shirley's 2 Girls presents "Alice" images!

Check it out! This is called "Alice falling thru the hole" from Shirley's 2 Girls and with THIS comes a whole slew of NEW images ! This week Shirley's 2 Girls has been giving everyone "peeks" and today I get to show you my whole image. We are still hosting the "twisted Thurs" challenge- which is to make ANY card and add green- then just check out the dt blogs every day for a look at the new images! Judy is showing you her card HERE today. I colored my "Alice" with Copics and sponged around her. Then I cut out a circle and drew grass around it. The dp is Memory box and I used a few of my MS border punches. This sentiment is one of MANY that comes with the images! tfl and if you have never played with us for a "twisted Thursday" challenge- why not? This is easy peasy and the "girls" ALWAYS give away wonderful "candy"!! :)

My First Post for the Copic Colour Challenge Blog DT

Here is my FIRST official post for the NEW DT over at the Copic Colour Challenge blog! Like sooooo many others I really love my Copic markers and was thrilled to find I would be on the new dt over there! I have been on the Copic Creations DT since the beginning and I am amazed at my team mates there - Now I get to be on 2 Copic teams and ...oh well...GET TO COLOR EVEN MORE!! ha ha ha! So without any further delay..the 3 colors to use for this challenge is BG15, B93 and Y21. My card uses BG15 on this little chefs' coat and the Y21 on the wheelbarrel of vegies, and B93 on the wheel. I found this sweet little image over at PCP in Phindy's group. It is to make a recipe book with and I couldnt resist coloring it for a card! The sentiment is computer generated and the dp is BG nook and pantry. Oh and the utensils on the flower were from a lcs in the minitures isle. Remember- you dont have to use these EXACT colors for your card if you dont have them- just use 1 or 2 or something close! Take a LOOK at what the other dt members did and see what candy is up for grabs! tfl!
