Love Love Love... sound like a song?

Did I mention I LOVE the Beatles?  Did I mention I love Stampsmith photo stamps?  In keeping with a bit of a Valentine's day theme here is my card for the following challenges....
Stampsmith= "love" creationsDaring cardmakers = "its all about me" a card for me! :)  , Wee memories scrappy Sat challenges and more= free your creativity cuz its your choice! and the Paper Cutz challenge no. 75 = your choice!    I used the Beatles image from Stampsmith ofcourse, dp by Heidi Swapp called world traveler, Glitter hearts lovestruck by making memories and some cut out hearts from a K&co. Smitten pack.  The swirly corner is a punch from Fiskars.

Next is a quickie card I made for the Blogger's challenge I saw over at Lisa Sommerville's blog.  The challenge is to be a bit creative when using your pattern paper.  Well, I had scraps of dp here and cut a few triangles to put on this card...hmmmm..not toooo impressive..ha ha!...then I punch these little vintage faces with a Fiskars punch.  The flower dove was a MS mark down after Christmas.  The little flowers were also scraps that I just cut a spiral from a small square and "crinkled" then rolled to a flower.  The little white designs were drawn on with a white pen in a "Zentangle" fashion.  I am loving Zentangle and now carry a book around with me to doodle when I get some spare time!  If you havent heard of it- check it out!  This card is also the "Corrosive challenge blog " to recycle = scraps of dp  and the script type dp was from an old card someone sent me a very long time ago! :) TFL!

I apologize if I'm not always able to return my own shared thoughts quite as often, but want you to know that I adore you blog and try to pop by for a hearty dose of creative inspiration whenever possible.

  17. I love the Beatles too, got my DD to love them too. We sing away to the oldies all the time. I have Revolver on my iPod and I blast it when we cruise with the roof down. We can't carry a tune to save our souls but we sing and cringe and have a grand old time.
