This is a cute little stamp called none other then " LOOKING UP PENGUIN" ha ha!
It is one I got from Janlynn... http://www.janlynn.com/ I colored him with Copics and put the whole thing together using the BG wassail dp. The sentiment is computer generated and I sprayed my whole card with the tattered angels pearl glimmer mist..probubly sprayed TOOO much of that..but..I like it just the same! :)tfl!!
